Okay so I finally got back my site. I put up some stuff and now the main page has been down for a few weeks (okay months). Hope fully this upgrade that I just implemented will work.

Movie Towne (Trinidad)

Yesterday I finally got to see Transformers 2 and it was really good. The graphics and fight scenes were intense (sometimes too intense to follow). It is definitely worth paying money to see. There were alot of ppl there along with alot of their kids, which is to be expected – it is transformers after all! What was not expected was the number of kids under 13. By the way it is a PG13 movie. I had to check after the show as I thought that the content was a bit too much for some kids. Ages ranged from about 5 go up.

We complain about kids not listening, yet parents carry them to these shows. Also aren’t cinemas suppose to enforce age limits for shows that require them? Can anyone who reads this and has been to cinemas overseas provide clarification.

I remember going to one of Nikki Crosby Kids Theme Park some years ago and one of the items that was on display were some polaroid photos of Trinidad from before the 1950s. I thought it was pretty cool to see what POS was like back in those days. Today I received an email with some other photos from that time. The photos were taken by Allen Morrison.

Don and Hott 93.5 girls

So yesterday I did not have much to do so I decided to visit the 93.5 water boat derby in Carenage at the Anchorage. To begin the event organizers were disorganized and began typical trini time (2 hours late). There was a decent crowd but with all of the promotion that they were doing I thought the crowd turnout was poor.

Anyway I have some photos of the days events which you are welcomed to check out. Including the Coast Guard rescue of one of the “boats” which broke apart literally as the race began.

One of the highlights were the Hott 93.5 Girls who were easy on the eyes and were accomodating to anyone who requested a photo.

Well after three years of being without my domain name I finally have it back. Not sure what I’ll be putting up on it now though as my life has changed dramatically since the previous posts but hopefully with Word Press it will make it easier to keep updates going . . .  as if anyone really cares about what I want to write on.

Ah well, it is an opportunity for me to vent.
